Mutually beneficial relations between Mykolaiv and cites of Bulgaria, Georgia, Turkey, Italy, France and other states are confirmed by the cooperational agreements. In the frames of these agreements joint projects, which are beneficial for Mykolaiv and Ukraine in general are realized.
